Este proyecto de investigación se propone analizar la problemática de la delincuencia
juvenil y su reincidencia en el delito con el objeto de repensar las prácticas dentro del
control social y contribuir a elevar los estándares de invulnerabilidad para aquellos jóvenes
que fueran criminalizados en la ciudad de Avellaneda. Señalamos aquí que el fenómeno
trata de un problema social complejo que genera gran preocupación en la sociedad y, en él,
convergen diversos elementos que deben analizarse en conjunto para entender su avance en
Argentina.
Se analizarán los determinantes sociales, personales y económicos, entendidos éstos
como diversos factores de riesgo que motivan el comportamiento delictivo juvenil y su
reincidencia en jóvenes adultos detenidos en la Alcaidía Departamental Avellaneda durante
el mes de septiembre del año 2020, como así también, las motivaciones que los
protagonistas manifiesten haber tenido, en relación a la comisión de delitos. Para ello, se
realizará un estudio cualitativo. La población estará conformada por 10 detenidos varones
reincidentes, entre 18 y 21 años, alojados en dicha institución, a quienes se entrevistará en
profundidad, atendiendo sus percepciones y trayectorias de vida según el contexto donde
se han desarrollado.
Esto permitirá incorporar datos de utilidad a los actores sociales de esta ciudad a fin de
identificar herramientas que permitiesen prevenir el delito y su posterior reincidencia de
modo eficaz, ya que el Estado tiene como deber adoptar medidas eficaces para ocupar el
problema; una obligación que subyace en la normativa jurídica vigente, tanto nacional
como internacional.
This research project aims to analyze the problem of juvenile delinquency and its
recidivism in crime, since this is a complex social problem that generates great concern in
society and in which various elements converge that must be analyzed together to
understand their advance in argentina.
The social, personal and economic determinants that motivate juvenile criminal
behavior and their recidivism in young adults currently detained in the Avellaneda
Departmental Warden will be analyzed, as well as the motivations that they claim to have
had, in relation to the commission of crimes. For this, a qualitative study will be carried
out. The population will be made up of 10 repeat offender male detainees, between 18 and
21 years old, housed in said institution, who will be interviewed in depth, taking into
account their perceptions and life trajectories according to the context in which they have
developed.
This will allow the incorporation of useful data to the social actors of this city in order
to identify tools that allow to prevent crime and its subsequent recidivism in an effective
way, since the State has the duty to adopt effective measures to deal with the problem; an
obligation that underlies the current legal regulations, both national and international.
